AUD Finance Partner Network
Referral Program Terms
A plain-English summary of how Professional Partners and Network Partners may introduce clients to AUD Finance. The version accepted in the secure partner dashboard forms the partner agreement.
1. Independent introducer
A partner is an independent referrer. They are not an employee, agent, credit representative or authorised spokesperson of AUD Finance and cannot bind AUD Finance or a client.
2. What a partner may do
A partner may share approved links, explain that AUD Finance provides home-loan assistance, provide basic contact details with consent, or type factual answers while the client is present and directing the answers. The client must review and personally confirm the enquiry.
3. What a partner must not do
A partner must not recommend a lender or loan, give credit assistance, promise rates, approval or borrowing capacity, misrepresent AUD Finance, charge the client for the referral, pressure a client, or collect passwords, identity numbers or bank-login details.
4. Consent and disclosure
Before providing a client’s details, the partner must have permission and tell the client that an eligible settlement may result in a referral reward. Approved wording and the referral link must be used together. Marketing messages also require appropriate consent.
5. Eligible rewards
Network Partners may receive up to $300 and Professional Partners up to $500 for an eligible transaction. The indicative calculation is 10% of eligible net upfront commission actually received and retained by AUD Finance, rounded down in $100 increments, with a minimum eligible net upfront commission of $1,000.
6. Two reward stages
Stage 1 is $100 after an eligible settlement and receipt of the relevant commission. Any remaining eligible reward is Stage 2 and is deferred until the applicable commission exposure ends. AUD Finance does not reclaim Stage 1 from the client or partner. The partner has no obligation to keep the client’s loan in place.
7. When no reward may be payable
No reward may be payable where the commission is below the minimum, the loan is small or substantially offset, the application does not settle, commission is not received, the client is already active with AUD Finance, the referral is duplicated, information or consent is missing, or the conduct breaches these terms.
8. GST and payment
Reward amounts are inclusive of GST where applicable. A GST-registered partner must provide the required ABN and GST information. AUD Finance may use an RCTI process where available and may withhold amounts where legally required.
9. Privacy-safe status
A client may consent to AUD Finance sharing limited progress and reward status. Partners do not receive salary, loan, lender, security-address, document, recommendation or decline information through the dashboard.
10. Professional Partner protection
Professional referrals are tagged to the referring business as Partner of Record. AUD Finance will not actively solicit the client for a competing service in that professional category and may refer them back with consent. Client choice, conflicts, legal or ethical duties, availability and best-interest obligations always take priority.
11. Program administration
AUD Finance may verify referrals, correct attribution, suspend misuse, decline an ineligible referral and update the program prospectively. Material updates are recorded in the dashboard agreement version.
